As mentioned before, I am now about 85% plant based, a Flexitarian, I currently eat eggs as well as seafood , after removing meats and other unhealthy fats from my diet I lost a lot of weight. I went from about 130 lbs. or more to about 115 lbs. (tiny as hell) My intentions for changing my eating habits were for holistic health, mind, body, and spirit, not for weight loss. Not too long after changing my eating habits I also changed in other areas of my life. I stopped weight lifting and solely focused on yoga for almost a year.
Long story, short…
My weight “re-gain” journey has been successful. I’m excited to get back to my desired weight, Going from completely toned to building muscle & healthy fats. I respect my journey and I have transformed!
