Great Rising Ritual

Great Rising Ritual

First things first!
A ritual is simply a commitment, performed repetitively, perhaps performed on a daily basis, like a routine. Notice the word spiritual, spirit + ritual, meaning daily devotion to spirit, self.

Its important to invest time in YOURSELF
Make every effort to change the things you dont like.

How you start the day sets the tone for the rest of the day
which is completely in your hands

Get up early between 4am-6am
Every day… or as much as you can
This is the time when you are most receptive to spirit
highly intuitive
Perfect time for:
– journaling- new ideas, daily reflections, gratitude, affirmations
– listen to motivational speeches- youtube, podcasts, audio books etc
taking notes is a plus and another journaling technique
– read a certain amount of pages of a book each morning & record/reflect
on your thoughts afterwards
– revisit your goals, intentions, revise if needed
– have a warm beverage before eating-
enjoy a nice hot cup of herbal tea, organic coffee or just warm
water if you prefer
-Get active, move around, sweat a lil- yoga, cardio, walking,
running, cycling, swimming, dancin, etc.
-Enjoy a Sacred bath or shower- light candles, add essential oils, play
sensual, soothing, relaxing tones
Imagine all negativity from the day prior being cleansed & going down the drain
-Spend Time in Nature- even if you just step outside for a sec, let the
sun bless you, ground barefoot in the grass with mother earth, breathe
in the fresh air, listen to the sound of nature.
Be Aware!
-Meditate- Everything I’ve named above can be a form of meditation.
Meditation is simply being still, and being aware, listening to the
voice within & becoming one with it. Its a peace that’s lying dormant &
can be visited at any moment.
Take a moment to close your eyes, or not… but focus
notice your breathing, until your breathing calms you & your heartbeat
slows, in that moment just be & listen to that voice within that is
probably screaming to you throughout your busy day but ya just cant hear it

This same ritual can be performed at night before bed as well for a peaceful nights rest.
