Mind+body+therapy sessions promoting the well-being of the whole person(wholistically)
Living wholistically encourages a life change, in this case, consisting of regular exercise.
We share these sessions with you to show that it doesn’t take a gym membership or a bunch of
equipment to maintain a healthy, active lifestyle. We must do what we can, and at our own pace.
We highly suggest to do as many reps & sets as you can in whatever amount of
time you choose to set for yourself, for the overall goal is wellness first, physical results second.
The physical change starts from within. We must do what we can, with what we have,
there are resources all around us and nature is our biggest source!

We hope that you take these practices and use them habitually to promote the overall well-being of yourself.
*The benefits of keeping active : efficient blood flow increasing strength, agility, flexibility of muscles, and
endurance of the body, relieves chronic stress which can sometimes become a way of life,
relieves hypertension, lowers resistance to infection & poor digestion, decreases wear & tear
on the body making us vulnerable to dis-ease in the body, learning to breathe deeply
getting the most benefit from oxygen which helps achieve balance and controls muscle movement
with calmness. A calm mind is necessary
REMEMBER: Our body is the only place we have to live!
