GODDESS O.G. INC SHIPPING POLICY

HOW DO WE SHIP?
Goddess O.G. uses the United States Postal Service (USPS) for all deliveries in the United States.

WHEN DO WE SHIP?
Orders are shipped Monday- Fridays, but mainly only Wednesdays and Fridays.

WHERE DO WE SHIP?
We ship domestically as well as internationally. If you have questions about domestic shipments or shipments going to Canada email us at support@goddessog.org. If you have questions about international shipments, anywhere outside Canada and the U.S. please email us at support@goddessog.org

SHIPPING RATES
Although all shipping rates are based on the weight and location of each order, Most small (US) orders are shipped at a flat rate of $10.00. Therefore, with larger (US) orders, the shipping quote you receive when you place your order may not be your final shipping charge. After your order has shipped, we will adjust the cost and charge your credit card at that time.

PROCESSING
Please allow 5–7 business days for processing of your order.

Goddess O.G. Wellness products will be shipped USPS Priority in bubble mailers or cardboard boxes with tracking (3-5 day service) depending on the quantity ordered and weight of your package.

PRIORITY EXPRESS SHIPPING
After processing, your order arrives in 2-3 business days
2-3 day USPS Priority Express Shipping Option is available to most customers depending on your location.

TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT
After your order has completely processed and is prepared for shipping, an automated confirmation email from Goddess O.G. inc. will be sent to the email provided when you placed your order, containing your order summary, as well as USPS tracking number

RESHIPPMENTS – ADDRESS ERRORS
If an order is placed with the wrong address by a customer. The product may return to our facility in some cases. However, the products ordered can be reshipped to the customer provided they pay a second shipping fee for their error when placing the original order.
