1. Technically No. 1 is the title, Say No!
Time is our MOST valuable resource, use it wisely!
2. Do Your Most important Task First
3. Work from a Calendar, not a to-do list
4. Overcome procrastination by beating your ‘future self’ prepare ahead and purposely make it to where there’s no choice
5. Be intentional with time, there’s always more to do.
6. Free yourself, always carry a notebook, write down your ideas
7. Control your inbox, shut off notifications intentionally. Get rid of all distractions.
8. Schedule and attend meetings as a last resort
9. Back to No. 1, Say NO!
10. Follow the 80/20 rule, Your RESPONSE!
11. Focus on unique strengths an passions
12. Concentrate on one specific type of work on specific days of the week, award yourself with free day(s)
13. If you can do something in less than 5 mins, do it IMMEDIATELY!
14. Routinely use early mornings to strengthen mind, body, spirit.
