For an herbal steam Heat up about 6 cups of water. Remove the water from heat, add all herbs and cover with a lid. Let the herbs steep for about 10 minutes. If the water has gotten cold, re-heat, then transfer the pot to your yoni steam station
For an herbal douche heat up about a cup of distilled water add about a tablespoon of herbs as well as coconut oil, remove water from heat, let steep/cool for 10 minutes then add to your reusable douche
This tea can also be steeped and digested, just add honey and lemon to your liking
