Goal Setting Part 1
The first step is a matter of adapting.
We must Know where we’re going and that we’re going to get there.
Think of a vertical wall of ice, one step at a time!
We use our minds, in goal seeking, always aligning our inner mind with our outer world
When we define our goals, giving our mind something to look for
Our goals make us grow
Your dreams must be big and grand, Dream Big!
Live your life with a must for progress.
Know what’s really more important and act accordingly
When we’re aligned we feel destined, inspired
and when we are not there are imperatives, negatives, what ifs.
Keeping yourself aware and accountable, Write down your goals, it activates the manifesting power.
Try this exercise:
-Write your goals down rapidly without thinking too much.
-Write them in present tense
After brainstorming, or if you need a jump start, ask yourself these questions as a prompt:
What is my ideal future in terms of personal and social development?
What kind of person do I want to become?
What would I like to create in life?
What are the experiences I want to create?
What areas in life do I want to excel in the most?
What do I want to be known for?
What areas of my life do I feel needs improving?
What subjects would I like to master?
What’s the area of your key interest?
What are my learning goals?
What skills, abilities, and attitudes do I want to master?
What books do I want to read?
Save your responses, revisit them and let’s start reaching these goals!
